A colorful painting goes along with the scripture from Luke 10:2 which reads, "The harvest is great, but the workers are few. Therefore, beg the Master of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest." 
This would be a great way to congratulate someone on pioneering or to let them know they are doing a great work.
